Lovforslag om ændring af arbejdsmiljøloven vedtaget
Folketinget har nu vedtaget et lovforslag, der bl.a. skal fokusere Arbejdstilsynets tilsynsindsats ved at forenkle reaktionstyperne og virkemidlerne.
Genindførelse af bagatelgrænser for udbetaling af uhævede feriemidler mv. – lovforslag vedtaget
Folketinget har nu vedtaget det lovforslag, der bl.a. genindfører automatisk udbetaling af uhævede feriemidler efter bagatelgrænseregler ved ferieafholdelsesperiodens afslutning eller ansættelsesforholdets ophør.
