På baggrund af de erfaringer, Datatilsynet har gjort sig, siden ”Vejledning om databeskyttelse i forbindelse med ansættelsesforhold” først blev offentliggjort i november 2018, er vejledningen nu blevet opdateret.
Skal et ”internt” sikkerhedsbrud anmeldes til Datatilsynet?
Datatilsynet har udtalt kritik af en kommune, bl.a. fordi kommunen ikke anmeldte et ”internt” sikkerhedsbrud til tilsynet eller underrettede den berørte medarbejder.

Datatilsynet udtalte alvorlig kritik af en virksomhed, der fortsatte med at behandle personoplysninger om en tidligere kunde, efter hun havde trukket sit samtykke til behandlingen tilbage.
