En uklar prognose
En administrativ medarbejder, der var diagnosticeret med posttraumatisk hovedpine, havde ikke et handicap efter forskelsbehandlingsloven, idet hendes funktionsbegrænsning på afskedigelsestidspunktet ikke kunne anses for at være langvarig.

Retten til bonus efter funktionærloven bortfaldt ikke for en medarbejder, som havde påført arbejdsgiveren betydelige økonomiske tab og derfor var blevet bortvist.
