As of 1 October 2025, Norrbom Vinding is expanding the firm with one of the most experienced, integrated and close-knit M&A teams in the industry. We now offer advice on acquisitions and sales of companies, private equity, capital market law/capital raising, company law and complex contracts.

At the same time, we are ramping up our ambitions within the area of dispute resolution as part of our desire to establish one of Denmark’s leading specialised law firms in three strategic core areas: labour and employment law, M&A and dispute resolution – all supported by a dedicated, specialised and expanded corporate legal support function.

The entire M&A team is coming along
The new M&A team is led by partners Henrik Juul Hansen and Helle Wehl. They bring their entire team as well as experienced specialists with them, drawing on 70 years of transaction experience at Accura. They have advised on a wide array of transactions, and assist listed and unlisted companies, private equity funds, pension funds, insurance brokers, owner managers, and family and investment funds on contractual, corporate and strategic matters on a daily basis.

Strengthened corporate legal support function
Four experienced specialists are joining Norrbom Vinding along with the M&A team to provide corporate legal support. This includes Partner Lars Bruun, who comes from Accura’s real estate practice and has more than 20 years of experience in the fields of acquisition and sale of real estate, lease and construction contracts, and environmental and planning law. Charlotte Fornø is joining as associate partner, while Julie Sikker Hansen and Naaika Himidi are joining as principal advisors.

Charlotte also has experience from Accura and was most recently Lead of Competition Law at Danske Bank and Head of Competition Law, Marketing Law and ESG Legal at VKR Holding. She contributes with 15 years of experience in Danish and European competition law, marketing law, distribution agreements and compliance, including export sanctions as well as FDI and ESG regulations.

Julie has extensive experience within all aspects of IPR, including trademark and design infringements and IPR litigation, first from her 10 years as attorney-at-law at Kromann Reumert, then as director, partner and attorney-at-law in Chas. Hude’s trademark and design law team – and most recently as owner of her own law firm focusing on trademark law, design law and marketing law.

Naaika has more than 10 years’ experience from Kromann Reumert’s banking and finance practice and has worked extensively with structuring and closing of financing transactions with a particular focus on PE-driven acquisitions, working capital and fixed assets as well as reconstruction and restructuring. She also has experience with start-ups, venture capital and capital raising and most recently served as General Counsel at Pleo.

With the expansion of the core area and the strengthened corporate legal support team, Norrbom Vinding is now solidly positioned with more than 50 partners/employees. In the near future, we will continue to expand the business on a selective basis with several highly skilled colleagues – both within the core areas and in the corporate legal support functions.
