Careers

Norrbom Vinding’s employees strive to be among the best in the field. We focus on our clients, but always keep an eye on the big picture. This approach puts demands on our firm. It requires a working environment that values trust and growth. Trust means that we will give you challenging tasks because we believe that you can succeed – and not just on your own: you will be supported by and work with our specialised lawyers and other employees. Growth requires external input. That is why we mean it when we say that we will support you in your ambitions for further education and work stays abroad or elsewhere. If you need to work reduced hours for a period of time, we can make that happen too.

"We have a flat organisational structure and there’s room for everyone. This means that there’s a really strong sense of community. You’re included in social activities across the firm, and internal events are organised just for the legal interns too. As legal interns, we also have a close relationship with the junior associates, both socially and professionally, for example in the form of discussions and dialogue.”

– Milad Safi, Legal Intern

”When I started working in the field of labour and employment law almost 30 years ago, I was fascinated by the many opportunities for subspecialisation and how much this particular area of the law is about people. I’m especially interested in diversity and discrimination law as well as health and safety law, which are closely linked nowadays. It’s a constantly evolving area, as can be seen from the increased focus on offensive behaviour in the workplace in recent years and the many court cases on the prohibition of discrimination based on a number of protected criteria. It’s a great privilege to be a part of the legal developments in this area through the many major legal investigations and inquiries as well as court cases in the district courts, high courts, the Supreme Court and the European Court of Justice that employers have trusted us to conduct over the years.”

– Yvonne Frederiksen, Partner

"To me, it's important that my career is compatible with family life and everything that comes with it on a day-to-day basis - and I personally feel that's supported here."

– Sophia Lykke Möglich, Associate

"If you want a versatile work life with an opportunity to both immerse yourself in complicated cases and provide ongoing advice to – and have direct contact with – clients, Norrbom Vinding is the right place for you.”

– Christian Thorborg, Associate

"At Norrbom Vinding, you get a well-rounded education, as labour and employment law branches out into many different legal fields. The work varies a lot, and I have personally worked on legal investigations and inquiries, litigation, whistleblower schemes and advising international companies, just to name a few things."

– Selma Carøe, Junior Associate
