Højesteret har for første gang taget stilling til, om borgere havde ret til økonomisk kompensation efter databeskyttelsesforordningen som følge af et brud på datasikkerheden.
Udenlandske medarbejdere – nye beløbsgrænser og opdaterede positivlister fra 1. januar 2026
Kravet til lønnen ved ansøgning om arbejds- og opholdstilladelse under beløbsordningerne er fra 1. januar 2026 forhøjet til 552.000 kr. for den ordinære beløbsordning og til 446.000 kr. for den supplerende beløbsordning. Positivlisterne er også blevet opdateret.

The new digital entry and exit system, EES, is gradually being rolled out in the Schengen area as well as in the Faroe Islands and Greenland. The system digitally records the entry and exit of third-country nationals and will replace physical stamps in passports.
