Ny overenskomstbaseret erhvervsordning for arbejdstilladelser – politisk aftale
Der er indgået en politisk aftale om bl.a. en ny overenskomstbaseret erhvervsordning for arbejdstilladelser, en undtagelse til krav om arbejdstilladelse for event- og konferencemedarbejdere samt tiltag, der skal modvirke social dumping.

Arbejdet med at revidere EU’s direktiv om europæiske samarbejdsudvalg er i gang og forventes afsluttet senere i år. De foreslåede ændringer har fokus på at sikre flere rettigheder, styrke retshåndhævelsen og gøre en indsats for ligelig repræsentation af køn.

The Supreme Court recently upheld the Eastern High Court’s ruling establishing that a shop steward’s function ended at the time of a business transfer because the transferee had renounced the collective agreement.
