I recently
- advised several companies in cases arising as a result of the #MeToo movement
- represented the employer in the so-called “Obesity case” before the EU Court, the district court as well as the high court in Denmark
- successfully conducted several landmark cases in the Supreme Court concerning the scope of employers’ obligations in relation to employees with a disability
- successfully conducted other leading cases in the Supreme Court concerning the scope of the prohibition of age discrimination under Danish and EU law
- assisted a number of companies with updating their employment contracts and revising their bonus and incentive programmes
- completed a number of negotiation processes to renew collective bargaining agreements
- advised a number of companies on how to handle notices or draft notices from the Danish Working Environment Authority regarding physical and psychological working environment issues
- represented employers in a number of industrial injury cases before the courts
