Ny indsats for et sikkert og sundt arbejdsmiljø – lovforslag om ændring af arbejdsmiljøloven er under behandling
Regeringen har fremsat et lovforslag, der giver Arbejdstilsynet mulighed for at meddele entreprenører påbud om at stoppe alt arbejde på en byggeplads.

Opmanden fastslog, at afløsere – i lighed med andre medarbejdere – skal opfylde anciennitetskravet i Serviceoverenskomsten for at modtage præstationsløn.

En medarbejder blev tilkendt godtgørelse for chikane og repressalier i form af afskedigelse, da hun blev opsagt efter, at hun havde klaget over en kollegas chikanøse udtalelser, som havde baggrund i hendes race/etnicitet.

Det var i orden, at en kommune afskedigede to institutionsledere, som havde bidraget til medarbejdernes modstand mod kommunens nye ledelsesstruktur, og som heller ikke havde orienteret deres egen ledelse om, hvad der var i gære.
