Jørgen advises on all aspects of labour and employment law, but takes a special interest in the following areas:
- Employment issues of public authorities and privatised companies, including litigation before the courts, the Labour Court, industrial arbitration tribunals and other relevant fora

I recently
- headed up the legal assessment based on the report of the Danish Tax Case Commission to illustrate whether professional misconduct had taken place in connection with the correspondence etc. between the authorities in question and the Danish Parliamentary Ombudsman
- represented Falck before the Eastern High Court in a case concerning implementation of EU working time regulations
- advised and represented Danish municipalities and Local Government Denmark (KL) in the cases which ended up in the Labour Court in the aftermath of the industrial dispute with the teachers' union in the spring of 2013
- conducted investigations in the so-called “whistleblower case” for the Municipality of Copenhagen
- represented the Capital Region of Denmark in linked cases on the European Court of Justice's ruling concerning the impact of the Toftegaard case on severance agreements for civil servants
