Sophia advises on all aspects of labour and employment law, but her areas of special interest are:
- Public sector employment, primarily with a focus on the municipal labour market
- Organisation and conduct of legal investigations and inquiries for public authorities as well as private companies and organisations
- Assisting employers in internal investigation processes
- Establishment and administration of whistleblower systems
- Discrimination, including litigation on differential treatment and equal treatment
- In charge of the professional development of Norrbom Vinding's interns
