- Advice on management issues in a broad sense, including the relationship between the board of directors and the executive board

I recently
- assisted several companies in carrying out collective redundancies and negotiating with employees and their representatives in this context
- advised a number of companies on the collective bargaining process for 2023, including the risk of and situation during a possible major labour conflict
- assisted management in a group of companies with handling issues in connection with a sale of the group
- assisted public authorities with tenders and legal assessments in relation to the Danish Transfer of Undertakings Act
- acted as a sparring partner for management in negotiations with employee associations in an attempt to achieve a turnaround of an ailing group
