Legal investigations and inquiries

Legal investigations and inquiries are an important tool when companies, authorities or organisations have a need to uncover and assess a matter or course of events

  • advised a number of companies on the collective bargaining process for 2023, including the risk of and situation during a possible major labour conflict
  • assisted management in a group of companies with handling issues in connection with a sale of the group
