Regeringen har som vanligt offentliggjort lovprogrammet for folketingsåret 2025/2026 i forbindelse med Folketingets åbning den første tirsdag i oktober.

Det var sagligt, at en kommune afskedigede en dagplejer, hvis langvarige sygefravær medførte en driftsmæssigt uholdbar situation, herunder i forhold til de børn, der var indskrevet hos dagplejeren.

The European Court of Justice has ruled that the prohibition of indirect discrimination on grounds of disability and the employer’s obligation to provide reasonable accommodation also apply if an employee’s child has a disability and the employee is the primary provider of the care needed by the child.
