Careers

We are establishing one of Denmark’s leading specialist law firms in three strategic core areas: labour and employment law, M&A and dispute resolution – all supported by a dedicated, specialised and expanded corporate legal support function.

“I chose Norrbom Vinding because I wanted to be part of a strong professional community where there is ample opportunity to develop my legal skills. Here, you work closely with skilled and experienced lawyers, and knowledge sharing and using each other as a sounding board are part of the daily routine. As a student, you experience a steep learning curve that develops in line with the knowledge you acquire through your studies – and it is precisely this close interaction between theory and practice that makes the work both challenging and incredibly educational.”

– Kathrine Goth Ingemann, Legal Intern

"If you want a versatile work life with an opportunity to both immerse yourself in complicated cases and provide ongoing advice to – and have direct contact with – clients, Norrbom Vinding is the right place for you.”

– Christian Thorborg, Associate

As a junior associate at Norrbom Vinding, you quickly notice that there is room for both professional development and a sense of community. I started as a legal intern and am now a junior associate, and along the way I have been on a steep learning curve where I have constantly been challenged and supported. I joined Norrbom Vinding because I wanted to learn from the best in labour and employment law – and I have certainly had ample opportunity to do that. There is a very special openness and helpfulness across the firm, which means that you can always bounce ideas off colleagues and partners – even informally over a cup of coffee. At Norrbom Vinding, there is a strong social culture where you become part of the community from day one. This provides both security in your work and an environment where you want to develop and take responsibility. I feel that I am challenged professionally every day – but always supported and able to shape my own development.

- Milad Safi, Junior Associate

”When I started working in the field of labour and employment law almost 30 years ago, I was fascinated by the many opportunities for subspecialisation and how much this particular area of the law is about people. I’m especially interested in diversity and discrimination law as well as health and safety law, which are closely linked nowadays. It’s a constantly evolving area, as can be seen from the increased focus on offensive behaviour in the workplace in recent years and the many court cases on the prohibition of discrimination based on a number of protected criteria. It’s a great privilege to be a part of the legal developments in this area through the many major legal investigations and inquiries as well as court cases in the district courts, high courts, the Supreme Court and the European Court of Justice that employers have trusted us to conduct over the years.”

– Yvonne Frederiksen, Partner

"To me, it's important that my career is compatible with family life and everything that comes with it on a day-to-day basis - and I personally feel that's supported here."

– Sophia Lykke Möglich, Associate

"The work for junior associates varies a lot, and I have personally worked on legal investigations and inquiries, litigation, whistleblower schemes and advising international companies, just to name a few things."

– Selma Carøe, Associate
