Der var ikke tale om forskelsbehandling på grund af alder, da en offentlig myndighed afskedigede en fagchef som en del af en større organisationsændring. De statistiske oplysninger om aldersfordelingen kunne ikke skabe en formodning for forskelsbehandling på baggrund af alder.
