Norrbom Vinding is one of the law firms in Denmark that most frequently represents companies and public authorities in the courts. We usually act for clients several times a week before the civil courts, ordinary arbitration tribunals, industrial arbitration tribunals, civil service tribunals, dismissal boards, the Labour Court, etc.

We are seeing an increasing interest in our expertise and experience from the courts and arbitration tribunals in Denmark, as court cases and arbitration cases very often require not only knowledge of the specific area the cases concern, but also extensive knowledge of and experience in litigation and arbitration as such. Our expertise is based on labour and employment law cases, but we also take on cases in many other fields, and we have always had a clear strategic focus on developing our litigation practice to cover areas other than labour and employment law.

Our goal has always been – and now even more so with the new M&A team – to expand the scope of legal advice and dispute management and resolution services for existing and new clients across Norrbom Vinding’s portfolio.
