Udenlandske medarbejdere – nye beløbsgrænser og opdaterede positivlister fra 1. januar 2026
Kravet til lønnen ved ansøgning om arbejds- og opholdstilladelse under beløbsordningerne er fra 1. januar 2026 forhøjet til 552.000 kr. for den ordinære beløbsordning og til 446.000 kr. for den supplerende beløbsordning. Positivlisterne er også blevet opdateret.
Implementeringsfristen for direktivet om løngennemsigtighed fastholdes af Kommissionen

The Supreme Court recently ruled that the conditions of the ”120-day rule” were met when an employer sent a termination letter to an employee by post after the end of the employee’s normal working hours on the 120th day of sick leave.
EES – entry and exit system for third-country nationals travelling in the Schengen area
The new digital entry and exit system, EES, is gradually being rolled out in the Schengen area as well as in the Faroe Islands and Greenland. The system digitally records the entry and exit of third-country nationals and will replace physical stamps in passports.
