Pernille advises on all aspects of labour and employment law, but her areas of special interest are:

  • Employment law, primarily with a focus on the private sector labour market, including contracts, incentive structures, dismissals and post-termination restrictions
  • Business restructures, including business transfers, outsourcing, collective redundancies, etc.
  • Discrimination, including giving advice and conducting litigation on equal treatment and discrimination of employees
  • Working environment and health and safety
