  • applied for an interim injunction in several cases involving alleged breach of the Danish Marketing Practices Act and/or contractual post-termination restrictions
  • assisted a number of clients in large-scale redundancy processes
  • advised an employer on large-scale redundancies, restructurings, outsourcing and other ‎adjustment exercises in several jurisdictions
  • assisted a client with a process involving major redundancies, business restructures, outsourcing, etc. in a number of countries
  • assisted an employer organisation in the negotiation of a collective agreement for all of its members
  • advised a group of companies on how to design and implement a new whistleblower system
  • advised a number of listed companies on how to optimise their share-based remuneration structures
  • assisted in the design of an international warrant programme for a client which will soon be ‎floated on the stock exchange
  • conducted an arbitration on a very fundamental question concerning the interpretation of a ‎provision of a collective agreement about assignment of rights
