Naaika has more than 10 years of experience with Kromann Reumert where she developed strong expertise in banking and finance law. She has worked extensively on structuring and executing complex Danish and international financing transactions, including private-equity driven acquisitions, real estate financing, and working capital and project finance. In addition, she is specialised in insolvency and restructuring. From her role as General Counsel at Pleo, she has gained significant experience with venture capital, fundraising and growth strategies.
