Lars has extensive experience advising on the sale and purchase of real estate, lease agreements, construction contracts and development projects, with particular expertise in hotel and logistics assets and the energy sector. His clients include pension funds, private investors and private equity funds.
Before returning to Denmark, Lars spent 15 years working across six different countries and speaks several languages. He is recognised for his clear commercial focus and pragmatic, targeted advice.

- assisted companies in construction law disputes, including expert assessments and cases concerning the justification of claims on construction guarantees

Transaction highlights
- Advised HM2 A/S on all aspects of the development, financing, construction and leasing to Scandic of the world’s largest Scandic hotel to date (632 rooms with first-class conference facilities).
- Advised a consortium of three major Danish pension funds (Industriens Pension, PFA Pension and ATP Ejendomme) on all legal aspects of the landmark Axel Towers development, a large part of which houses the Danish law firm Gorrissen Federspiel.
- Advised Belgian MG Real Estate over the past decade on all its projects in Denmark, covering land acquisition and leases, development, construction, leasing and disposals. Projects include two bespoke developments at Copenhagen Airport (for FedEx and TCR, respectively) and two large logistic facilities (each exceeding 100,000 sqm) in Greve and Fredericia.
- Advised various Norwegian investors with a number of sale and lease back transaction, including the Junckers headquarters in Køge, the Fiberline headquarters in Middelfart and several supermarket portfolios. The assistance covered all legal aspects of the transactions, including due diligence, financing and negotiation of the transactional documents.
