As of 1 January 2025, Sara Baldus has been promoted to associate partner at Norrbom Vinding.

Sara has been employed at Norrbom Vinding since 2007 and has, in line with her main focus on the private labour market, extensive experience in providing advice and litigation on contractual issues, dismissals as well as non-competition and non-solicitation clauses for both Danish and international employers. Sara also litigates cases concerning equal treatment and discrimination of employees and advises companies on data protection with a special focus on the HR law area.
