EU har vedtaget ændringer af direktivet om europæiske samarbejdsudvalg. Ændringerne har til formål at styrke medarbejderinddragelsen, forbedre retshåndhævelsen og fremme en mere ligelig kønsfordeling.
Direktivet om europæiske samarbejdsudvalg skal revideres
Arbejdet med at revidere EU’s direktiv om europæiske samarbejdsudvalg er i gang og forventes afsluttet senere i år. De foreslåede ændringer har fokus på at sikre flere rettigheder, styrke retshåndhævelsen og gøre en indsats for ligelig repræsentation af køn.
Ingen fare på stilladset

Der var ikke grundlag for at bortvise en tillidsrepræsentant for overregistrering af arbejdstid og køreture i firmabilen til et kolonihavehus. Det hele kunne nemlig forklares.
Ingen pligt – ingen bod
Arbejdsretten har fundet, at Dansk Industri ikke handlede illoyalt over for HK Privat.
Byggefirmas kædeansvar kostede 100.000 kr.
Et byggefirma blev pålagt at betale en bod i Arbejdsretten, fordi det ikke havde kontrolleret, at dets underleverandører overholdt overenskomsten.
Organisationsfjendtligt eller misbrug af ledelsesret?
En kommunes fjernelse af fællestillidsrepræsentants funktionstillæg for funktioner, som var ophørt 7 år tidligere, var ikke organisationsfjendtlig adfærd eller misbrug af ledelsesretten.
Bedre sent end aldrig?
Det var ikke i strid med en aftale om kontrolforanstaltninger, at en arbejdsgiver havde anvendt oplysninger fra et adgangskort til at kontrollere en medarbejders komme- og gåtider.
