• Litigation in general as well as labour law litigation, including litigation before the ordinary courts and in the industrial tribunal system
• Individual employment law, including cases concerning dismissal with or without notice for private as well as public sector employers
• Public sector employment, primarily with a focus on the municipal labour market
• General employment law advice to national and international companies
• Establishment and administration of  whistleblower systems
