Ius Laboris recently published its new flagship publication “A Guide to the New World: Diversity, Equity and Inclusion”.

The Guide to the New World will be a regular series looking at how global developments are impacting labour and employment law. The first edition of the Guide focuses on DEI obligations across 27 countries, particularly considering the shift in tone in the US. Future editions will cover other global topics as well.

The Guide gives an overview of the legal requirements and common practices around DEI in each country, which is helpful for companies needing to understand how their DEI efforts might be viewed, especially by US authorities. It contains summary tables and detailed country-by-country explanations.
