I love those moments when an important ball goes straight into the net. I feel it when my arguments carry weight with the court. On other occasions, negotiations are successful and two parties reach agreement, and I have a happy client. That is why I am dedicated to my speciality.

I advise on all aspects of labour and employment law, but my areas of special interest are:

• Industrial relations in public sector and privatised organisations
• Advising media and pharmaceutical organisations
• Assisting foreign organisations with the HR aspects involved in setting up and doing business in Denmark
• Legal inquiries for public authorities, private sector companies and organisations

• took up the baton as the lawyer in Denmark who conducted a great number of cases before the Danish Supreme Court in our field – particularly cases concerning the relationship between public law and labour and employment law
• assisted a number of Denmark’s largest media organisations with business restructures
• advised privatised companies on public servants and staff employed on similar terms
• advised media organisations on copyright governed by collective agreements
• conducted a case before the European Court of Justice about implementation of EU directives through collective agreements

Privately …

… I am married to Mariann. We share a house at Frederiksberg with Olga and Sophie, our two Jack Russell terriers. In my free time I can usually be found in the kitchen or on long walks and, when time permits, we often go to the south of France.
