I am naturally competitive and love when it is about winning. And, fortunately, that is often what it's about in my line of work. But industrial relations law is also about safeguarding everyone’s interest so that both sides will work together for a number of years. It makes a pleasant change. That is why I am a specialist in this field and enjoy working at Norrbom Vinding.

• conducted a large number of industrial arbitration cases, including, most recently, one about a media group’s obligations under a collective bargaining agreement in connection with a redundancy process
• advised management in the negotiations with employee organisations in an attempt to turn around a distressed group of companies
• advised a number of employers’ organisations and companies on what to expect from the collective bargaining process 2010
• assisted a number of companies and organisations with negotiating collective bargaining agreements, including one for professional athletes
